About the Role

Marwari Catalysts is seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Performance/Growth Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with 90+ portfolio startups, driving customer acquisition, brand visibility, and business growth. Your expertise in digital marketing, data analysis, and growth strategies will help our startups scale and achieve market leadership.

Key Responsibilities

📌 Growth Strategy & Execution

• Develop tailored performance marketing strategies to accelerate startup growth.
• Implement, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) to maximize ROI.

📌 SEO, SEM & Conversion Optimization

• Enhance SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and search rankings.
• Optimize conversion rates by analyzing landing pages, ads, and user funnels.

📌 Data Analytics & Reporting

• Track, analyze, and optimize marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and more.
• Provide detailed reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement.

📌 Collaboration & Mentorship

• Work directly with startup founders, guiding them through growth challenges and marketing best practices.
• Refine audience segmentation and targeting strategies for optimized marketing spend.

📌 Market Research & Competitive Analysis

• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities.

What You Bring

✅ Experience & Skills:

• 4-6 years of experience in performance/growth marketing, preferably in startups or high-growth companies.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and similar platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to marketing.
• Proven expertise in SEO, SEM, user acquisition, and conversion optimization.
• Ability to manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, from strategy to execution.

✅ Preferred (Bonus Points!):

• Experience in startup ecosystems, B2B/B2C growth marketing.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Marketo, etc.
• Knowledge of email marketing and CRM strategies.
