Role Overview:

Interchain Inc. is looking for a Head of Growth to drive engagement with both developers and institutions, ensuring that Cosmos continues to grow as the go-to platform for building sovereign and interoperable blockchains. In this role, you will oversee the entire growth pipeline, from developer adoption to institutional partnerships, ensuring a continuous influx of new projects, collaborations, and funding for the Cosmos ecosystem.

The Head of Growth will focus on technical sales and creating strategic partnerships, from organizing developer events to managing relationships with venture capital firms, exchanges, and custodians. This individual will need to be both business-savvy and technically confident, leading the team and driving growth initiatives with a high level of autonomy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and build a growth and business development team focused on developer engagement, sales, and institutional partnerships.
• Develop and manage a sales pipeline for builder adoption and institutional partnerships, driving new projects and businesses to Cosmos.
• Manage relationships with vendors, partners, institutions, and VCs, supporting the CO-CEOs in large-scale deals and sales.
• Design and execute growth programs like events, community hubs, developer academies, and a grants program to boost engagement and adoption.
• Optimize developer funnel by creating strategies that convert developers into successful projects, including mature teams looking to build on Cosmos.
• Lead initiatives to onboard traditional enterprises and capital partners into the blockchain ecosystem.
• Represent Cosmos at key industry events and maintain a public presence to build credibility and foster partnerships.

Qualifications:

Required:

• 6+ years of experience in business growth and ecosystem development in Web3, blockchain, or related technologies.
• Proven success managing high-performance teams, handling competing priorities, and leading growth initiatives.
• Expertise in sales pipelines, with a strong business acumen and ability to drive revenue growth.
• Experience managing programs such as developer education, grants, or partnership programs.
• Strong public-speaking skills and the ability to represent the company at industry events.
• Technically curious with a solid understanding of blockchain technology, DeFi platforms, and smart contracts.
• Willingness to travel frequently to represent the company and lead initiatives on the ground.

• Strong presence on social media or within the blockchain ecosystem, with a proven track record of influencing industry conversations.
• Self-starter with high motivation and the ability to work independently.
• Deep knowledge of the crypto ecosystem and how Ethereum, Bitcoin, and other blockchain platforms operate.
