Token Metrics is looking for a visionary marketing leader passionate about Web3 and blockchain. This role will define and execute the company’s marketing and communication strategies to drive brand growth, community engagement, and product adoption in the crypto analytics space.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Marketing Leadership: Design and lead a dynamic marketing strategy to grow Token Metrics’ brand visibility and user base.
• Product Marketing Innovation: Launch and promote new products using data-driven growth hacking techniques for rapid adoption.
• Corporate Communications: Manage media relations, PR, and craft compelling company narratives to position Token Metrics as an industry thought leader.
• Brand Development: Build a strong, consistent brand identity that resonates within the crypto community.
• Community Engagement: Grow and engage Token Metrics’ online communities on crypto-centric platforms, fostering loyalty and advocacy.
• Content Strategy: Oversee content creation and distribution, focusing on high-impact platforms like YouTube and Twitter/X.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with company goals.
• Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team driven by creativity, data insights, and accountability.

✅ Requirements:

• Deep Crypto Market Knowledge: Proven experience and success in crypto or blockchain marketing with innovative, impactful campaigns.
• Marketing Leadership: 7+ years in marketing, with 4+ years in leadership roles in crypto, fintech, or related tech sectors.
• Growth Hacking Expertise: Track record of successful product launches and creative growth strategies in crypto or SaaS.
• Corporate Communications: Skilled in managing PR and media relations, crafting compelling brand stories.
• Community Building: Demonstrated success in developing engaged crypto communities.
• Content Strategy Expertise: Experience managing content creation, especially video and social media, tailored to crypto audiences.
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields. Master’s or blockchain marketing certifications preferred.
