About the Job

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven High Ticket Closer Specialist, also known as a Business Development Manager (BDM), to join our growing team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for closing high-value deals, nurturing client relationships, and driving business growth. Your expertise in closing high-ticket sales and your strategic approach to business development will be critical in accelerating our sales efforts and expanding our customer base.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and target high-value prospects for business growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Negotiate and close high-ticket sales deals.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize sales strategies.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and after-sales support.
  • Continuously track sales performance and refine strategies to meet goals.


Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in high-ticket sales, business development, or a similar role.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of leads and sales opportunities.
  • Experience in building long-term relationships with high-level clients.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve sales targets.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving business growth.


Responsibilities

  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build relationships, generate leads, and close deals in person.
  • Leverage event opportunities to establish rapport with potential clients, showcase offerings, and convert face-to-face interactions into successful sales.
