About Binance VIP & Institutional Team:

The VIP & Institutional team provides premium services to institutional clients and high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs). The team collaborates with market participants, including hedge funds, asset managers, market makers, fintech firms, and more, offering top-tier digital asset solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage a portfolio of VIP clients, including institutional clients and HNWIs.
• Deepen client relationships, understand their needs, and identify opportunities to meet requirements.
• Contribute to the enhancement of offerings and customer service processes within the VIP team.
• Collaborate with local teams to analyze markets and develop strategies to capture potential opportunities.
• Drive business growth in the region by identifying and pursuing new client relationships.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in sales and client services within international financial or fintech environments, including investments.
• Strong knowledge of financial products; derivatives experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with trading platforms and basic market dynamics is advantageous.
• Established network within the institutional client base, private bank customers, brokers, futures institutions, or commercial banks.
• Strong communication, relationship management, and sales skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-driven environment and adapt to shifting team requirements.
• Familiarity with the crypto community, including key opinion leaders (KOLs) and business development professionals, is a plus.
• Passionate about crypto, with industry experience being an advantage.
• Bilingual in English and Korean to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
