Job Description:

Join the ROW IB team to manage daily operational activities across inbound fulfillment centers (INFCs). Provide accurate issue resolution for sellers and fulfillment centers, ensuring program standards and timely problem-solving. Drive seller experience improvements by analyzing data and trends and making informed decisions within an ambiguous environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct investigations using data analysis and internal tools to resolve issues promptly
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and provide clear progress updates
• Identify gaps and risks, propose solutions, and maintain high-quality standards
• Support sellers, associates, and management with operational excellence and process improvements

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, statistics, or a related quantitative/technical field
• Experience with Excel and SQL

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of operations experience
• Strong deep-dive analytical skills
