Role Overview:

This is a senior Solutions Architect role focused on Java Spring microservices. You will design system architecture, collaborate with product and project teams, and provide technical leadership in a cross-functional environment. The role requires fluency in English and Chinese to work effectively in a multicultural and remote setting.

Responsibilities:

• Architect and develop Java Spring microservice applications.
• Collaborate with product and project managers to manage end-to-end system architecture.
• Coordinate with multiple domain teams during project lifecycle.
• Translate business needs into scalable, aligned technical solutions.
• Perform architectural reviews, risk identification, and mitigation.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
• Adapt work hours to support team collaboration across different time zones.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of software development and architecture experience.
• Strong expertise in Java Spring microservices architecture.
• Excellent cross-team communication skills, able to explain technical ideas to non-tech stakeholders.
• Fluency in both English and Chinese (spoken and written).
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in remote teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Agile/Scrum experience is a plus.
