Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business modules and core frameworks in Java.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Java backend systems to maintain optimal performance and stability.
• Collaborate on the design and architecture of financial systems, including core modules.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure system architecture is effective and projects progress smoothly.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Continuously improve systems for performance, scalability, and reliability.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Java development experience.
• Experience with frameworks like Spring and MyBatis, and NoSQL technologies.
• Proficient in English communication.
• Experience in blockchain or financial systems is highly advantageous.
• Knowledge of distributed system components, including caching and messaging mechanisms.
• Ability to independently design systems, with experience in high-concurrency, high-availability, and high-load development.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve complex technical issues.
• Experience in the crypto industry is a plus.
