💼 About the Role

You’ll develop high-performance, low-latency Java applications for Nadex, a U.S.-regulated derivatives exchange acquired by Crypto.com. This role involves building scalable and reliable backend systems that power real-time trading platforms.

🚀 What You’ll Be Doing

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java applications used by millions globally.
• Work on backend systems and microservices architecture with RESTful APIs.
• Analyze, debug, and optimize for performance, reliability, and compliance.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and code reviews.
• Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams.
• Document technical architecture and participate in code reviews.
• Stay updated with the latest tech and help resolve production issues.

🧠 Requirements

• 4+ years of professional Java development experience.
• Strong in Core Java, Spring Framework, REST APIs, microservices.
• Familiar with agile methodologies, TDD, and CI/CD best practices.
• Proficient with Linux, networking, debugging, and backend systems.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong analytical, communication, and team collaboration skills.

• Experience with AWS/Azure, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of SQL, database optimization, Kafka, RabbitMQ/Artemis.
• Familiarity with financial markets, FIX protocol, or compliance.
