The Role

We are looking for a Legal Operations Specialist to support our legal, compliance, and operational workflows. This role blends paralegal expertise with legal operations, helping optimize contract management, compliance, and process automation across the company.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Legal Document Support: Edit, proofread, and prepare legal documents in coordination with the legal team.

✅ Contract Management: Organize, analyze, and maintain company contracts for compliance, risks, and obligations.

✅ Process Optimization: Implement scalable legal operations processes, including contract lifecycle management (CLM), document retention, and regulatory filings.

✅ Compliance & Risk Management: Assist in state licensing applications, audits, and due diligence reviews.

✅ Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Oversee external legal vendors and manage contract negotiations.

✅ Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with legal, compliance, and business teams to improve legal workflows.

What You Bring

🔹 3+ years of experience as a paralegal or legal operations specialist in corporate/commercial law, preferably in fintech, blockchain, or financial services.

🔹 Strong knowledge of legal operations tools (e.g., CLM, document management, compliance software).

🔹 Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with high attention to detail.

🔹 Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

🔹 Familiarity with contract law, compliance, and risk management.

🔹 Bonus skills: Experience with legal tech tools, CRM systems (HubSpot, Rocketlane), state licensing, and corporate formation.
