Job Description

As a Logistics Coordinator (Process Assistant) at a Vendor Flex site, you will be responsible for supporting shift management and ensuring efficient order processing and shipping. This role plays a central part in daily operations, coordinating workflows, monitoring KPIs, and acting as a liaison between Amazon and its third-party logistics partner on-site.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor workflows, track performance, and report shift data to ensure operational excellence.
• Support and train team members while supervising daily tasks.
• Assist Shift/Area Managers with process improvement projects and safety initiatives.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve recurring operational issues.
• Use data analysis to identify opportunities for improving safety, quality, and productivity.

A Day in the Life

You will be embedded at the logistics partner’s facility and support shift execution, safety compliance, and quality standards. You may lead meetings, help with shift scheduling, and be the senior Amazon representative on-site during certain shifts. Escalation of operational issues and proactive problem-solving are key elements of the role.

Basic Qualifications

• Advanced German language skills (spoken and written).
• Experience with data analysis to identify and solve problems.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Valid driving license (Class B).

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced English language skills.
• Experience managing stakeholders and building professional relationships.
• Background in logistics, retail, hospitality, or customer service.
