About the Role:

Crypto.com is seeking a Manager of Partnership Due Diligence and Oversight to lead compliance vendor and partner relationships. This role is key in ensuring that banks, payment processors, and vendors align with compliance policies and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have AML/CTF expertise, experience in financial partnerships, and the ability to develop vendor strategies that support Crypto.com’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the single point of contact for compliance-related partnerships with banks, payment processors, and vendors.
• Manage compliance due diligence processes, ensuring alignment with company policies.
• Oversee partner/vendor audits, testing, and inquiries.
• Monitor regulatory and market trends to refine vendor and partnership strategies.
• Establish and maintain SLAs, KPIs, and vendor performance metrics.
• Work closely with senior management and product teams to implement partner integrations.
• Provide reports and statistics on vendor performance for internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in AML/CTF compliance with partners and vendors.
• Experience in business development and relationship management with banks, payment processors, and regulated institutions.
• Deep knowledge of digital assets, banking, payments, and financial regulations.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive decisions with an operational mindset.
• Experience managing vendor relationships from concept to implementation.
• Strong familiarity with AML compliance tools and regulatory best practices.
• Experience collaborating with product and tech teams on compliance tool integrations.
• Ability to travel up to 10% as needed.
