Salary Range: $114,500 - $189,300 per year

Job Description:

Lead program management initiatives focused on reducing payment risks and enhancing customer experience within Amazon’s Payments Risk business unit. Manage cross-functional teams, develop process improvements, and drive adoption of solutions to ensure a trusted and safe marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather requirements, document specifications, and identify stakeholders and process gaps
• Lead cross-functional projects to solve systemic issues and improve customer experience
• Conduct customer research to identify unmet needs and design solutions
• Deliver regular updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
• Manage risks, resolve roadblocks, and ensure timely project completion
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Tech, Engineering, and Data teams
• Manage a team of Program and Resolution Managers, set objectives, and drive operational excellence
• Partner with global process owners and site leaders to execute process improvements

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of cross-functional project and program management experience
• 5+ years of team management experience
• Experience defining program requirements and using data/metrics for improvement

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA
• Experience presenting results to senior leadership
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional projects using data insights
