🧭 Position Overview

Title: Manager, Sales Development (Strategic Enterprise Focus)

Location: Waltham, MA (100% On-site)

Type: Full-time

Salary: $84,000 – $115,500/year (plus bonus/commission/equity)

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Build, coach, and lead a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)
• Develop and refine performance metrics for SDR success
• Guide SDRs with role plays, 1:1 coaching, process improvements
• Collaborate with Marketing, Account Execs, and Account Managers to create targeted campaigns
• Leverage creative sales and marketing tactics to connect with enterprise prospects
• Analyze and report on SDR performance with dashboards and metrics
• Recruit and onboard new SDRs
• Optimize the SDR motion, processes, and training using tools (e.g., AI)

✅ What They’re Looking For

• 2+ years in a leadership role (SDR/Enterprise Sales Management)
• Proven track record of building pipeline in outbound models
• Experience managing SDR teams prospecting into large enterprise accounts (1000+ employees)
• Strong grasp of sales tools (Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, etc.)
• Passion for innovation, people management, and customer engagement
• Bonus: Background in selling GTM solutions or SaaS is highly valued
