Role Overview:

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to focus on product marketing for our customer-facing products such as OTC products, the Wintermute portal NODE, and liquidity provision for blockchain projects. The role also includes general awareness and recruitment marketing, along with supporting our venture investment and incubator businesses.

We seek a highly motivated, creative, and organized self-starter who can take ownership of marketing activities, drive engagement, and build relationships across our channels. Familiarity and passion for crypto will be a significant advantage for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Execution of Marketing Plan: Own the execution of marketing activities, coordinating communications, operational teams, and collaborating with internal and external teams (e.g., designers, agencies).
• Branding: Support ongoing rebranding projects and expand branding to new activities.
• Content Marketing: Drive content creation around thought leadership and education, offering value to our counterparts and partners.
• External Visibility: Increase Wintermute’s visibility through media coverage, conferences, speaking engagements, and targeted events.
• Reporting & Analytics: Build a fact-based approach to monitor and report the results of marketing activities.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience: 3-5 years in product marketing, social media marketing, or a related operations function in high-performance environments like crypto, fintech, or B2B SaaS.
• Proven Impact: Track record of creating tangible impacts on key metrics (e.g., customer acquisition, engagement).
• Content Creation: Ability to deliver customer-facing content independently (e.g., campaigns, content pieces) without reliance on content writers or agencies.
• B2B Marketing: Experience with high-value deal environments (e.g., B2B SaaS or fintech). Experience in finance, fintech, or crypto is an advantage but not a requirement.
• Versatility: Familiarity with various marketing functions and the ability to learn quickly.
• Learning Ability: A keen interest and ability to independently learn about crypto, financial products, and related technologies.
