About the Role:

We are looking for a Marketing Operations & Project Coordinator to help keep our marketing team aligned, organized, and efficient. In this role, you'll manage workflows, maintain the content calendar, track team bandwidth, and ensure that marketing initiatives stay on schedule. Over time, you’ll also have the opportunity to develop marketing campaigns and go-to-market (GTM) strategies for select projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and the content calendar to ensure marketing efforts stay on track.
• Implement efficient workflows and routines to optimize team operations and balance workloads.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns in collaboration with cross-functional teams, refining messaging and creative direction.
• Lead weekly team meetings, ensuring clear communication of priorities, blockers, and next steps.
• Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships to support marketing objectives.
• Opportunity to expand your skills into branding, social media, events, PR, content development, and product marketing, depending on your interests.

What We're Looking For:

• 2 - 4 years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or related roles (experience in startup or web3 is a plus).
• Proven track record of helping teams scale from early-stage to growth/maturity.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and keep teams aligned.
• High EQ, excellent communication, and a willingness to ask questions, learn from mistakes, and continuously improve.
• Familiarity with marketing workflows and tools (e.g., ClickUp, HubSpot) is a plus but not required.

Compensation:

• Base salary range for this full-time position: $120k - $150k (Note: salary range is based on Bay Area levels; we hire at all levels depending on experience).
