Job Overview

We are looking for a Metaverse Category Manager, New Products to drive distribution strategy and sales growth for our upcoming Wearables portfolio. This role requires expertise in go-to-market planning, sales distribution, and product launches within the consumer electronics space.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and align distribution strategies for new Wearable products by analyzing portfolio performance, competitive activity, and market trends.
• Conduct path-to-purchase analysis to optimize the customer journey and enhance sales conversion.
• Ensure product launch readiness, coordinating sales teams, execution plans, and resource allocation.
• Set and manage Lifetime Goals for new products, aligning budgets and strategies to meet sales targets.
• Lead long-term partner engagement, developing joint business plans and ensuring successful product adoption.
• Oversee customer feedback integration, refining product and market strategies based on insights.

Required Qualifications

• Experience managing product launches in consumer electronics.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate product performance and market opportunities.
• Proven ability to build relationships with internal and external partners.
• Expertise in sales analysis, go-to-market execution, and competitive differentiation.
• Strong presentation and stakeholder influence skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in consumer electronics, particularly in emerging technologies.
• Experience in AR, VR, MR, wearable devices, or mobile devices.
