About the Role
We are looking for a high-achieving Mid-Market Account Executive to drive revenue growth and build lasting relationships with mid-market businesses across Australia. This role is perfect for a results-driven SaaS sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop New Business: Identify, prospect, and secure new mid-market customers.
- Consultative Sales Approach: Understand customer challenges and position HubSpot as the ideal solution.
- Executive-Level Engagement: Conduct strategic sales calls and presentations for senior leaders.
- Pipeline & Revenue Management: Track sales performance to consistently meet and exceed targets.
- Collaborative Success: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to optimize customer experience.
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years of SaaS sales experience in a quota-carrying role.
- Proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles and engage with senior decision-makers.
- Strong consultative selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Track record of consistently meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
- Customer-first mindset with a passion for helping businesses succeed.
