Job Summary:

Amazon is seeking a Maintenance and Infrastructure Supervisor (RME) to lead technical teams, ensure equipment reliability, and implement process improvements within its logistics center.

Key Responsibilities:

• Model safe equipment use practices and ensure compliance
• Monitor equipment performance and plan preventive maintenance
• Supervise and support technicians during shifts
• Troubleshoot equipment issues to reduce downtime
• Identify and implement system/process improvements across EU sites

Daily Activities:

• Manage shift teams and ensure equipment availability and functionality
• Oversee maintenance schedules and process compliance
• Suggest and implement operational enhancements
• Use SCADA and similar tools to monitor system efficiency
• Support administrative tasks and coordination with supervisors
• Work rotating shifts including nights and weekends

Basic Qualifications:

• Technical qualifications and experience in a supervisory technical role
• Background in both electrical and mechanical maintenance
• Experience with automation or material handling equipment
• Proficiency in Polish (spoken and written)
• Intermediate English (CEFR B2 or higher)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with multiple contractors and multi-site environments
• Knowledge of PLC-based control systems and compliance requirements
• Experience using CMMS for maintenance planning and tracking
• Higher education in engineering, operations, or business administration
