Overview:

Lead operational delivery for IMC's largest trading teams by streamlining processes, managing cross-functional initiatives, and supporting strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Trading Leads with structure, planning, and operational coordination
• Manage relationships with Finance, HR, Recruitment, etc.
• Oversee team logistics (desk setup, holidays, tech needs)
• Drive budgeting, reporting, and strategic updates
• Identify process improvements and foster team culture

Requirements:

• 3+ years in project management, consulting, or executive support
• Bachelor's degree (Master's/MBA preferred)
• Experience with financial/trading environments is a plus
• Strong stakeholder, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA
