Role Overview:

Support crypto and fiat trade settlements, ensure timely reconciliations, manage asset inventories, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced trading environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage crypto and fiat settlements
• Reconcile trades post-execution through to settlement
• Track and rebalance asset inventory
• Manage crypto address whitelisting and banking beneficiaries
• Organize and document external trade data

Requirements:

• 3+ years in trading operations; crypto experience strongly preferred
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
• Nice to have: Python/SQL for data querying/reporting
• Excellent English communication skills
• Proactive, team-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset

Work Setup:

• Full-time, mostly onsite in Zug with limited remote flexibility
• Flat structure, collaborative and fast-paced culture
