Role Overview

Join IMC’s expanding crypto operations team to manage trade settlements, reconciliation, and asset inventory in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll work closely with Trading, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure smooth, timely settlements and support ongoing process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage crypto and fiat trade settlements, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
• Perform trade reconciliation from post-trade to settlement
• Track asset inventory and coordinate with teams on settlement needs
• Manage asset rebalancing and crypto address whitelisting across venues and custody platforms
• Handle banking services including adding beneficiaries and managing cut-off times and fees
• Oversee collection and organization of external counterparty trade data

Skills & Experience

• 3+ years in trading operations, preferably with crypto-related settlement experience
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Advanced Excel skills for reconciliation and asset tracking
• Familiarity with Python, SQL, or database querying is a plus
• Excellent English communication skills
• Team player with entrepreneurial mindset
