Role Overview:
Aspire Systems is looking for an experienced Outside Sales Representative based in the DFW (Dallas-Fort Worth) area to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, conducting sales presentations, and identifying customer needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT services sales, preferably in app development, with the ability to connect with potential clients, build lasting relationships, and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate New Business: Actively prospect and cold call to create new business opportunities. Develop sales strategies and set appointments with potential clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure long-term business partnerships.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing Aspire’s services and solutions.
- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team to create targeted sales strategies that align with client needs and market trends.
- Meet and Exceed Sales Targets: Drive business development activities to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Network and Cold Call: Utilize your networking and cold-calling skills to identify and reach new clients, expanding Aspire's presence in the market.
Qualifications:
- 3-8 years of experience in outside sales, with a focus on IT services (app development experience is highly preferred).
- Experience with off-shore and/or nearshore sales is a plus.
- Proven ability to build relationships, set appointments, and drive business development.
- Strong sales fundamentals with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Technical or delivery background in IT services is a plus but not required.
- Must be located in the DFW area for on-site engagement.
