Overview

ZoomInfo is hiring a Global Data Product Leader to drive its international data product expansion and redefine how global companies access and utilize go-to-market intelligence. This senior-level role will lead complex data initiatives that support revenue teams in identifying opportunities across international markets by building scalable, accurate, and innovative data products.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Ownership & Vision

• Lead full product lifecycle: ideation, strategy, launch, and iterative improvement.
• Define and communicate a clear product roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
• Set metrics for success and track performance using tools like Amplitude, Tableau, SQL, or Python.

2. Cross-Functional Leadership

• Inspire and align cross-functional teams across Engineering, Data Science, Design, and Marketing.
• Collaborate closely with GTM teams to build awareness of data product capabilities.
• Regularly present progress and strategy to executive stakeholders.

3. Global Data Expansion

• Lead the effort to expand ZoomInfo’s data offerings beyond the US into new international markets.
• Build high-performing identity resolution and profiling systems that can scale globally.
• Define and prioritize data quality, coverage, and enrichment goals tailored to local compliance and customer needs.

4. Customer Engagement

• Engage directly with customers and prospects to gather feedback and uncover new opportunities.
• Champion a user-first mindset, integrating customer feedback into product planning and enhancements.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management, particularly with data products.
• Deep understanding of identity resolution, profiling systems, and global data architecture.
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using analytics tools (Amplitude, Tableau) and data querying (SQL/Python).
• Proven ability to influence both internal stakeholders and external partners across technical and non-technical domains.
• Track record of launching data-centric products with measurable revenue impact.
• Experience managing products that operate at global scale across diverse regulatory and data environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to simplify complex topics for varied audiences.

Success Metrics

• Launch viable global data products that generate revenue outside the U.S.
• Improve user understanding and engagement with ZoomInfo’s recommendation and insight systems.
• Serve as a key internal and external thought leader on global B2B data strategies.
• Build strong partnerships with Engineering, Data Science, and GTM to streamline international product delivery.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary Range: $168,400 – $231,550 USD
• Additional Compensation: Bonus, Equity, and Full Benefits
