Role Overview

Lead Udemy’s NetSuite roadmap and financial systems strategy across Record to Report and Procure to Pay domains. You’ll drive automation, efficiency, and integration between NetSuite and key platforms like Zip, Salesforce, Navan, and Adaptive.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute the NetSuite product roadmap
• Lead financial systems projects and integrations
• Perform admin tasks for NetSuite and Zip
• Streamline finance processes and recommend improvements
• Ensure SOX compliance and manage vendors/consultants
• Define business requirements, test plans, and documentation
• Lead and mentor the support team

Requirements

• 7+ years experience with ERP implementations (esp. NetSuite)
• 5+ years leading NetSuite projects (dashboards, SuiteFlow, etc.)
• Knowledge of Record to Report, Procure to Pay, and optionally Quote to Cash
• Strong leadership, project delivery, and stakeholder management
• Analytical thinker with deep accounting principles knowledge
• Bonus: SuiteScript, Salesforce, Adaptive, Zip experience
