Overview
ZoomInfo is seeking a Senior Revenue Technology Enablement Manager to join its Global Revenue Enablement team. This strategic and high-impact role is focused on optimizing how ZoomInfo's revenue teams use cutting-edge technology—including Salesforce, Outreach, Clari, and ZoomInfo itself—to drive sales performance, operational excellence, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership & Cross-Functional Partnership
- Act as a strategic advisor to GTM leadership teams including Sales, RevOps, Business Systems, Marketing, and Product.
- Align technology-driven initiatives with business goals to enhance productivity and process optimization.
2. Technology Enablement & Adoption
- Develop and execute enablement strategies across the revenue tech stack (Salesforce, Clari, Outreach, ZoomInfo).
- Increase tool adoption and drive measurable business impact through training, automation, and change management initiatives.
- Lead implementation of AI-powered solutions and advanced enablement platforms (Seismic, Allego, Spekit).
3. Business Impact & Metrics
- Define and track KPIs for tool adoption, productivity improvements, and revenue impact.
- Optimize forecasting accuracy and drive ROI through strategic use of technology and enablement tools.
4. Thought Leadership & Innovation
- Provide executive coaching and support scalable training for field teams and leadership.
- Guide the development of new policies, frameworks, and best practices to improve sales performance through tech.
- Use LLMs, Generative AI, and automation to streamline enterprise workflows and solve complex business challenges.
What You Bring
- Experience:
- 8+ years in revenue tech implementation/management, or
- 3+ years in revenue enablement with automation/tools leadership, or
- 4+ years in sales with strong technical fluency.
- Technical Expertise:
- Mastery of Salesforce, Clari, Outreach, and ZoomInfo.
- Deep familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Generative AI, LLMs) and sales enablement platforms (e.g., Seismic, Spekit).
- Skills:
- Strategic thinking and independent problem-solving.
- Advanced stakeholder management and cross-functional influence.
- Strong data-driven approach to enablement and optimization.
- Proven ability to measure and communicate business impact clearly.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary Range: $118,080 – $162,360 USD
