Our current project leverages Solana to create a decentralized application that enhances user experience in DeFi. We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to help shape our product and ensure an intuitive, seamless user journey.

Responsibilities:

• Design and refine user interfaces for our decentralized application (dApp), Telegram Trading Bot, and API dashboard.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products.
• Work closely with product managers and developers to align design with functionality.
• Optimize designs for responsiveness and accessibility.
• Ensure a balance between aesthetics, performance, and blockchain-specific UX considerations.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in Web3, fintech, or SaaS.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and user psychology.
• Experience working with front-end developers to implement designs.
• Ability to design for complex financial applications with data-heavy interfaces.
• Knowledge of motion design and micro-interactions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience designing for Web3 applications and DeFi platforms.
• Familiarity with blockchain UX challenges, including wallet integrations and transaction flows.
