Role Overview:

Support Coinbase’s People Success Team by managing HR operations, delivering scalable employee services, and enhancing the overall employee experience. This role involves handling HR requests, onboarding, benefits, and collaborating on HR projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage employee requests through Jira and handle tier 1 and some tier 2 People Operations processes
• Execute onboarding, benefits administration, talent acquisition support, and employee experience tasks
• Troubleshoot escalated HR issues and apply critical thinking
• Partner with HR teams to improve processes and implement automations
• Participate in cross-functional projects to drive innovation

Requirements:

• 3+ years in HR Operations, HR Generalist, or Coordinator roles
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
• Experience with ticketing systems like Jira or ServiceNow
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with global teams
• Problem-solving mindset in ambiguous situations

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with Jira, Workday, Slack, G-Suite
• Experience with globally distributed teams
