📍 Zug, Switzerland | Hybrid (Onsite-focused) | Mid-Level

Role Summary:

Optimize the performance, latency, and reliability of IMC’s crypto trading systems and infrastructure. Collaborate with traders and engineers to analyze bottlenecks and enhance real-time system efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze trading system performance (network, storage, compute)
• Develop tools for profiling, benchmarking, and monitoring low-latency systems
• Remove architectural and code bottlenecks
• Optimize on-chain/off-chain components and exchange interactions

Requirements:

✅ Strong background in systems engineering and low-latency architecture

✅ Expert in Linux, performance profiling, and networking stacks

✅ Excellent debugging and C++ skills

✅ Familiar with crypto/HFT systems and Grafana

➕ Bonus: Experience with Rust, Python, blockchain nodes, DeFi latency
