Role Overview:

The Senior Operations Manager will lead and optimize the operational framework for fiat payment services. You will manage cross-functional collaboration, streamline processes, monitor performance, and support growth and compliance within Binance’s rapidly evolving payments business.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage day-to-day operations across functions such as business operations, risk, compliance, tech services, and customer support
Build and scale efficient operational workflows and infrastructure
Collaborate with Product, Tech, Finance, Risk, and Customer Success teams on key projects
Track operational KPIs, extract insights, and provide leadership-level recommendations
Ensure risk mitigation and compliance with regulations and internal policies
Champion process automation and tooling enhancements
Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of ownership and high performance
Act as a decision-maker for complex, high-stakes operational matters

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
7+ years of experience in operations, strategy, or business management (ideally in fintech, payments, or tech)
Strong history of building scalable operational processes
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and stakeholder relationships
Proficiency with data tools, metrics, and performance reporting
Demonstrated leadership and ability to influence across departments
