Salary: $155K–$260K

Lead operational excellence and strategic initiatives in CrowdStrike’s IT department focused on AI, Data & Analytics. Develop scalable frameworks, manage OKRs, drive data-driven decisions, and optimize IT processes and resources.

Requirements:

• 15+ years in tech operations
• Expertise in OKR frameworks, stakeholder management, and executive communication
• Experience in performance metrics, process improvement, and budget/resource management
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field

Preferred:

• Hyper-growth SaaS experience
• Consulting background
• Automation, workflow optimization, and collaboration tools expertise
