Position Summary

Role: Privacy Program Coordinator

Reports to: Senior Legal Counsel / Data Protection Officer

Key Responsibilities

Product Development Support

• Act as a bridge between Privacy/Legal and Product teams
• Ensure privacy compliance across the product development lifecycle
• Document and track privacy requirements, data flows, and notices
• Support launch reviews and lifecycle management of product features

Privacy Risk & Compliance

• Assist in conducting privacy impact assessments (PIAs)
• Identify, escalate, and help mitigate privacy risks
• Provide insights based on industry best practices

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain records of privacy decisions and implementations
• Develop data inventories and track privacy feature implementation
• Assist with reporting privacy integration to DPO and leadership

Training & Awareness

• Develop and deliver privacy best practices and training for product teams
• Promote privacy by design across teams and initiatives
• Support organization-wide privacy culture

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree (in Law, Computer Science, Privacy, IT, or similar)
• 4+ years experience in privacy, product compliance, or related field
• Working knowledge of GDPR and global privacy regulations
• Strong technical understanding of product development
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Experience in privacy compliance within international contexts

Preferred

• Privacy certifications: CIPP/E, CIPM, or equivalent
• Experience with privacy-enhancing technologies and privacy-by-design
• Familiarity with B2B data platforms or ad tech
• Strong cross-functional project management experience
