Job Summary:

The RISC Ops team supports Amazon’s global customer safety efforts. This role involves product classification, policy enforcement, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Classify products for compliance and regulatory handling
• Remove products violating Amazon policies
• Work with legal and quality teams to maintain safety standards
• Follow SOPs to ensure a high-quality customer experience
• Identify and suggest process improvements
• Mentor and train other associates
• Analyze metrics, trends, and suggest corrective actions
• Communicate with global stakeholders

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Advanced written proficiency in Thai
• Intermediate proficiency in English (reading/writing)

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in data-driven business processes
• Familiarity with MS Office, Outlook, and Excel
• Experience with outsourcing or operational processes
• Ability to make decisions in ambiguous contexts
• Skilled in online research and data analysis
• Strong attention to detail
