Job Description:

Join the RISC Ops team focused on customer safety and compliance. As a Senior Product Compliance Associate, you will classify products by compliance risk, ensure policy adherence, collaborate with legal and quality teams, and help maintain high safety standards. You will work cross-culturally, analyze data, propose improvements, and support team development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Classify products for regulatory storage and transport compliance
• Identify and remove non-compliant products from the website
• Collaborate with legal and quality teams to ensure safety standards
• Follow standard operating procedures to enhance customer experience
• Propose process improvements and mentor associates
• Analyze metrics, interpret trends, and recommend corrective actions
• Communicate with stakeholders across countries and cultures

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Advanced proficiency in written Thai
• Intermediate English reading and writing skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1-2 years’ experience in data-driven business processes
• Knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, Excel
• Experience with outsourcing, operational processes, and database management
• Strong decision-making skills in ambiguous contexts
• Attention to detail and ability to analyze large data sets
• Proficiency with internet research and pattern recognition
