📌 Role Overview:

As a Product Manager in the Enterprise Applications and Architecture team, you’ll lead the optimization of Coinbase’s financial tech stack—primarily NetSuite, along with tools like Workiva and Zip.

Your mission: design scalable, automated finance systems that free up accounting and finance teams to focus on high-value work.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Finance/Accounting teams to design scalable systems
• Translate business processes into technical solutions and product roadmaps
• Own NetSuite, Workiva, Zip, and related finance applications
• Build automated workflows, integrations, and customizations
• Create product artifacts (e.g., functional specs, data/process flow diagrams)
• Manage backlog, prioritize features, support UAT, and resolve production issues
• Lead business process transformation for month-end closure, reporting, etc.

✅ Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of finance systems/ERP admin experience (NetSuite, Oracle Cloud, etc.)
• Deep knowledge of Record to Report processes (GL, AR/AP, Fixed Assets, etc.)
• 4+ years hands-on with NetSuite configuration and automation tools (SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, etc.)
• Familiarity with middleware tools (e.g., Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi)
• Solid understanding of Agile product development, Jira, and incident management
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and documentation skills

• CPA or Chartered Accountant certification
• NetSuite Certification
• Middleware integration experience
• Crypto/DeFi industry interest or experience
• Global ERP rollout experience (multi-currency, multi-country)
