The Work
Ripple is seeking an experienced Product Marketer with a background in blockchain, cryptocurrency, and decentralized finance (DeFi) to join their team. This position will focus on Ripple’s stablecoin offerings, specifically Ripple USD (RLUSD), a USD-denominated stablecoin created with trust, access, and compliance at its core.
The Product Marketing Lead will be responsible for shaping and driving the product and go-to-market (GTM) strategies for Ripple’s stablecoins. The role requires an in-depth understanding of the crypto industry and experience leading product marketing in DeFi or crypto products.
Key Responsibilities
As the Product Marketing Lead, you will:
- Market and Product Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert on prospective markets, customer segments, and the competitive landscape. Use data-driven insights to form growth strategies and tactics.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop segment-specific GTM strategies for Ripple's stablecoins, including market sizing, defining value propositions, and developing messaging.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with business development, marketing, communications, and creative teams to coordinate and execute product features and partner launches.
- Partner Engagement: Collaborate with key infrastructure and utility ecosystem partners to create and drive joint GTM opportunities.
- Sales Enablement: Work with the Sales Enablement team to deliver high-quality enablement materials and sessions that support the field team's success.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience: 8+ years in Product Marketing or a similar role, specifically with GTM strategy development and execution.
- Industry Expertise: Experience in blockchain, crypto/web3, or institutional DeFi. Direct experience with stablecoins is preferred.
- Problem Solving and Creativity: Strong ability to think critically and solve problems creatively while developing strategic approaches.
- Communication: Excellent skills in simplifying complex concepts into clear messaging for diverse audiences.
- Relationship Building: Strong ability to build relationships and work cross-functionally within the organization.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead independently, prioritize proactively, and deliver value iteratively in day-to-day work.
Compensation
For positions based in New York, the annual base salary range for this role is $168,000—$210,000 USD, excluding equity or other compensation such as bonuses or commissions.
