Role Overview:

• Position: Product Operations Specialist – Chats

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with product managers, engineers, and designers to plan and implement chat feature updates
• Lead go-to-market (GTM) strategies for feature launches
• Coordinate user campaigns to drive adoption
• Analyze user data and feedback for improvements
• Conduct A/B testing and track KPIs
• Create educational materials for users

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years in product operations, product management, or similar roles
• Experience with GTM strategies and feature optimization
• Familiarity with chat or messaging platforms preferred
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle and analytics
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Knowledge of crypto or fintech platforms
