About the Role

Meta is looking for a Product Strategy & Marketing Manager excited by the opportunity to build and manage a new acquisition channel. In this strategic role, you'll be responsible for identifying new solutions for telcos & device manufacturers, preloading strategies, and working with carriers and OEMs. The role involves understanding market insights, guiding strategic direction, and driving product adoption.

You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Partnerships, and Product Growth teams. A strategic mindset, cross-functional influence, analytical skills, and experience with ambiguity are essential for success. The role also requires an understanding of the preloads ecosystem and a proven track record in shaping product strategy and growing adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead market assessments, quantitative analysis, and qualitative feedback, representing the market internally with Product Management and Engineering, with a focus on preloads and user acquisition.
• Identify significant long-term opportunities based on research, analysis, and strategic understanding of handset device lifecycles.
• Plan and lead cross-functional efforts for successful product alpha and beta programs and global launches.
• Understand the broader Meta ecosystem and competitive landscape to create strategic product feedback and positioning.
• Define and manage a comprehensive go-to-market strategy, including positioning, policy, and launch strategy.
• Partner with Product Management to lead world-class product marketing communications for new products.
• Communicate new product value propositions to all go-to-market teams, ensuring effective sales support materials and packages are created.
• Grow product adoption and usage rates by supporting market-facing programs and effective product launches.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, consulting, communications, or internet technology.
• Analytical and data-driven decision-maker.
• Experience partnering with product teams to identify and bring market solutions to businesses.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive results and executing global launch plans.
• BA/BS degree.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the preloading space.
