Job Overview
Tetra Pak is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage the commercial and administrative aspects of projects. The role involves logistics coordination, documentation handling, SAP operations, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Issue purchase and sales orders, manage logistics, and oversee goods delivery to customers.
- Prepare and manage shipping and commercial documentation (invoices, packing lists, certificates, etc.).
- Handle SAP tasks: material movements, service receipts, accounting entries.
- Support Project Managers with project control and compliance.
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, finance teams, and customers.
- Ensure accurate project cost and revenue accounting.
- Comply with contract terms and month-end reporting requirements.
Requirements
- University degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of sea freight experience.
- Experience with imports/exports and customs regulations.
- Strong documentation skills (Bills of Lading, Letters of Credit, Certificates of Origin, etc.).
- Proficiency in English.
- Knowledge of SAP is preferred.
- Solid understanding of contract accounting and logistics processes.
