Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement pricing, risk management, and agency trading strategies
• Conduct research, modeling, back-testing, and performance evaluation
• Collaborate closely with the development team to integrate strategies into the trading platform
• Contribute to product development lifecycle: from ideation and modeling to risk management and tuning

Qualifications

• Education: Master’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• Experience: 2+ years in a quantitative researcher/analyst role
• Technical Skills:
• Strong proficiency in Python or similar analytical programming languages
• Experience with trading data processing, price prediction, and machine learning is a plus
• Familiarity with DEX trading is advantageous
• Background: Experience in hedge/mutual funds, trading houses, brokerages, or investment banks preferred
• Language: Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus
