Location: United Kingdom (Remote, with periodic in-person participation)

About the Role:

Support and lead reconciliation operations across global fiat and crypto products. Act as a subject matter expert and escalation point for Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) teams, while collaborating with leadership to improve and automate reconciliation workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complex fiat and crypto reconciliation workflows globally
• Resolve escalations from BPO staff promptly and accurately
• Provide expertise to reconciliation manager and contribute to process improvements
• Analyze operations for inefficiencies and propose enhancements
• Collaborate with Finance, Product, and Engineering teams on reconciliation processes
• Monitor BPO team performance and ensure quality deliverables
• Ensure daily reconciliation accuracy and regulatory compliance

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in reconciliation, finance operations, or accounting, preferably in fintech or global firms
• Experience working with BPO teams and quality assurance in operations
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with reconciliation tools
• Ability to serve as an escalation point and subject matter expert
• Basic knowledge of SQL

Preferred (Nice to Haves):

• Exposure to crypto-related reconciliation
• Knowledge of automation tools, scripting languages, or reconciliation software
• Experience working with cross-functional teams on complex workflows
