As we ramp up at Gelato, we are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist who can help us grow.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Analyzing open vacancies and understanding key assessment criteria.
Reviewing and filtering applications.
Sourcing high-quality candidates.
Managing candidates through the process (end-to-end).
Organizing interviews and processes.
Handling HR-related tasks with a collaborative mindset.

Requirements:

Proven experience recruiting within Web3.
At least 3 years of experience in a recruitment role.
Experience filling technical roles.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques.
Solid work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
Low ego, loves to collaborate, open-minded, and great vibes.
Passionate about the Web3 space.
