🧭 Position Overview

Title: Regional Sales Director, Enterprise Manager

Location: Remote (U.S.)

Type: Full-time

Compensation:

• Base Salary: $148,000 – $192,500
• OTE (On Target Earnings): $270,000 – $350,000
• Includes: Bonus/Variable Pay + Equity + Benefits

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of ~7 Enterprise Account Managers to drive revenue growth and exceed quotas
• Define and execute sales strategies and forecasting for team success
• Develop cross-functional partnerships (Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Legal, etc.)
• Train and coach direct reports on pipeline generation, customer value delivery, and strategic selling
• Recruit and hire top talent to scale the Enterprise Account Management team
• Guide high-level sales conversations, including ROI storytelling and ZoomInfo’s GTM value proposition
• Manage complex enterprise deal cycles with internal alignment and cross-team collaboration
• Oversee budget planning, performance metrics, and sales execution

✅ Ideal Candidate Profile

• 6+ years experience in enterprise software sales
• 2+ years in a sales leadership role (preferably within SaaS or GTM software)
• Demonstrated success in leading high-performing enterprise sales teams
• Strong experience selling into large enterprises (1,000+ employees)
• Skilled in negotiation, executive engagement, and consultative sales
• Familiarity with SaaS, Data, Analytics, or Business Application solutions
• Strong collaborative, coaching, and cross-functional communication abilities
• Trusted advisor mindset with a team-first leadership approach
