🔹 A high school diploma or equivalent (higher education is a plus!).

🔹 Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

🔹 Strong verbal and written communication skills.

🔹 A detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset with a passion for customer service.

🔹 A proactive, can-do attitude and a commitment to excellence.

🔹 High ethical standards, integrity, and professionalism.

🔹 Authorization to work in the U.S.
