About the Role:

Join Binance's Risk team to protect our platform and users from fraudulent activity. You will be on the front lines, monitoring transactions, investigating alerts, and making critical decisions to mitigate financial risk. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a background in fraud prevention or compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate Alerts: Review and action queues of fraudulent alerts, emails, and service requests to determine legitimacy.
• Account Analysis: Analyze account activity, holder information, and transaction data to assess risk and make restriction decisions.
• Customer Contact: Proactively contact account holders to verify activity and educate them on security best practices.
• Trend Monitoring: Identify and report on emerging fraud trends and patterns from case analysis.
• Real-time Monitoring: Actively monitor accounts to detect and stop suspicious transactions as they occur.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in a high-risk, rule-based environment (e.g., fraud prevention, compliance, financial services).
• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to detect patterns and anomalies.
• Hands-on experience with KYC/KYB reviews and transaction investigations.
• Excellent written communication skills for clear and concise case documentation.
• Ability to make independent, justified judgment calls in ambiguous situations.
• Familiarity with AML regulations and transaction monitoring best practices.
• Must be willing to work weekends to support 7-day coverage.
• Must be able to work effectively in the EST timezone.
