🧭 Role Overview

Title: Sales Compensation Analyst III

Location: Conshohocken, Pennsylvania (Hybrid – On-site + Remote)

Type: Full-time

Salary: $85,600 – $117,700/year (Base)

Additional: May include bonus, equity, and benefits

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Calculate & audit commission payments per plan rules
• Support the design and administration of sales comp plans, quotas, and SPIFFs
• Act as liaison between Sales, Finance, and Accounting for comp-related inquiries
• Maintain and utilize the SPIFF (ICM) compensation tool
• Build analytical dashboards and reporting to inform decisions
• Troubleshoot comp discrepancies, resolve commission cases professionally
• Document policies, plan guides, FAQs
• Prepare insights and presentations for Sales Leadership
• Identify process improvement and automation opportunities

✅ Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• 2–5 years of direct sales compensation or commissions experience
• Advanced Excel proficiency is critical
• Experience with ICM tools like SPIFF, Xactly, or Varicent (preferred)
• Familiarity with Salesforce (preferred)
• SQL/SOQL skills a plus
• Strong communication, time management, and analytical thinking
• Able to work both independently and cross-functionally
