About the Role:
ZoomInfo is expanding its Mid-Market Sales Development team and is looking for passionate individuals to join as Sales Development Representatives (SDR). In this role, you will receive top-tier training and collaborate with industry-leading professionals while playing a key role in generating strategic outbound sales opportunities. You will focus on building relationships with senior-level executives in Mid Market companies and helping ZoomInfo expand its reach across this segment.
What You’ll Do:
- Engage Senior-Level Executives: Identify and engage decision-makers at Mid Market organizations (100-999 employees) to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Develop Sales Strategy: Research, develop, and execute strategic outbound sales plans targeting accounts and driving opportunities.
- Educate Prospects: Educate leads on how ZoomInfo's products solve key pain points in Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.
- Build Relationships: Establish strong, trusting relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Drive Business Impact: Help prospects understand the business value ZoomInfo can deliver, aligning conversations with their challenges.
What You Bring:
- Experience: 1+ year targeting Mid Market-level organizations and engaging decision-makers.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate concisely and compellingly to senior executives.
- Personalized Outreach: Ability to assess prospects’ needs and tailor outreach to uncover high-probability opportunities.
- Sales Planning: Experience in creating, executing, and maintaining a structured prospecting plan.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with go-to-market technologies such as Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo.
- Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, always looking for innovative ways to drive engagement.

Compensation:
- Hourly Rate: $23.08 - $28.85 per hour + variable compensation + benefits.
