Sales Development Representative - Mid-Market - Vancouver, WA

🔍 Role Overview:

• Position: SDR – Mid-Market
• Type: Full-time, On-site (minimum 3 days/week)
• Pay: $20–$30/hr + variable compensation
• Estimated Total Base: $41,600–$57,200/year
• Location: Vancouver, WA (or Waltham, MA / Bethesda, MD)

🧩 Your Day-to-Day:

• Target & engage executives at companies with 100+ employees
• Build and execute a strategic outbound sales plan
• Collaborate with Account Managers to generate qualified pipeline
• Educate leads on ZoomInfo’s suite of solutions
• Use tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo to prospect

• Strong communication & executive outreach skills
• Understanding of sales pipeline development
• Familiarity with GTM tech tools (Salesforce, Outreach, etc.)
• Proactive, adaptable, results-driven mindset
• Prior experience in sales or prospecting preferred
