Salary: $56,850 - $76,125 (plus potential incentives, equity, and benefits)

About the Role

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be an integral part of our elite sales team, developing sales skills, business acumen, and direct impact on revenue growth. You’ll work alongside industry leaders, researching and identifying new business opportunities while helping companies transform with Salesforce solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Pipeline Generation: Handle inbound leads and identify new business opportunities.
  • Customer Engagement: Research prospects, understand their needs, and advocate for Salesforce solutions.
  • Sales Collaboration: Partner with Account Executives to move qualified leads through the sales cycle.
  • Objection Handling: Develop the ability to anticipate, address, and overcome customer concerns.
  • Sales Strategy: Prioritize leads and develop a strategic approach to managing inbound inquiries.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Build credibility and trust with internal and external partners.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree (completed within the past year) OR participation in a workforce development program (e.g., re:work, Year Up, i.c.stars).
  • Passion for sales and interest in a long-term, client-facing career.
  • Strong problem-solving, initiative, and organizational skills.
  • Coachable mindset and ability to learn in a fast-paced sales environment.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior internship or corporate sales experience.
  • Exposure to B2B software sales is a plus.
