Job Profile Overview
We are seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. You will be responsible for maximizing the potential of our sales team, creating effective sales strategies, and aligning with upper management to ensure the success of these plans.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet growth and revenue targets by effectively managing the sales team.
- Strategic Planning: Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures a strong presence in the market.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Networking: Attend networking activities to research and connect with potential clients.
- Client Retention: Maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
- Upselling: Suggest upgrades or additional services to clients that may benefit them.
- Client Feedback: Review client feedback and implement necessary changes to improve the service or product offering.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on emerging markets, market shifts, and the competitive landscape, ensuring that the company stays ahead of trends.
Education & Experience Requirements
- Degree: A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Sales Experience: Extensive experience in B2B sales.
- Networking Skills: Strong networking abilities with a keen understanding of human behavior.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Resourcefulness: Ability to conduct research and find innovative solutions to challenges.
- Motivation: Able to work under pressure and rise to challenges.
- Availability: Must be able to join within 15 days.
